China highlights the Syrian crisis reminding of the huge human resource loss since march 2011 when the war began and it supports providing humanitarian support.While France reminds the requirement of peace and puts forward issue of large intake of refugees by Europe supporting proposal of Turkey for a no fly zone in Syria. Syria comments on recommendation by China and is open to suggestions but believes that a no fly zone cannot exist because without air force it would be difficult to control the unrest in the country
