The day began with the delegate of Spain proposing a motion to open the speakers list! More than 30 delegates raised their plug-cards, most of them were recognized and put onto the list!
The delegate of Cuba raised some concrete points during his speech. The delegate spoke about representation of developing countries and enhancement of duty of the UNSC. The delegate also mentioned that he believed that the G4 nations would bring about diversity to the UNSC.
