UPDATE - Motion proposed by Delegate of South Africa!

The motion proposed by the delegate of the South Africa was heavily debated, with the African and Middle East countries favoring the motion and the P5+1 nations (and other countries) against the motion.

The delegate of South Africa believed that there should be a permanent member from the Middle East as it would bring about diversity and better decision making. Not only that but points of views from one of the most developing regions on Earth could enhance the quality of decision making.

However, the delegate of United States of America had a different point of view. The delegate said that the P5 were main allied victors of World War2. "The contributions by most of the developed nations is undoubtable, they possess power and happen to keep it under control by obeying various treaties", said the delegate of USA.  The delegate believed that the  G4 nations clearly overpower the Middle East when it came to cumulative evaluation in terms of  economic size, population and military capacity.
