The delegates of the following countries were called for the table debate- US and France in block A, and Russia and Syria in block B.
Russia raised the following points-
That Russia does not want to see a US and French led coalition in Syria. The delegate of Russia further went on to support the Assad government by stating that the Syrian government is the only one truly fighting ISIS forces.
Russia was then questioned by the executive board on the situation in Ukraine, to which the delegate of Russia responded vaguely that the situation in Syria is different from that in Ukraine.
US raised the following points-
The delegate of USA stated that Russia supports those who violate human rights, and that protesting against a ruler does not make the people terrorists.
However they agreed with Russia with respect to ISIS and stated that they are in favour of fighting ISIS troops.
France raised the following points-
The delegate of France stated that NATO and EU won't budge until it is confirmed that no more violations will take place in Syria.
Syria raised the following points-
The delegate raised the point of the supply of weapons to Syrian civilians by the US n order to help them rebel the Assad government. They also proceeded to state that people needed to be controlled, to prevent violation of human rights.
